Payments:

  1. All new client bookings require payment in Advance. (by cash/bank transfer).
  2. Existing clients are required to make payment the same day as your lesson is scheduled for.
  3. It is a condition of booking that you accept our No Refund Policy.
  4. If you fail to turn up, you will be required to pay in full.

Cancellations:

  1. We operate a No Refund Policy. This is a condition of booking.
  2. If you have a late cancellation you will be required to pay in full.
  3. No Credit or Transfers are Given for late cancellations.
  4. Late Cancellations = Less than 24 hours notice.
  5. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice you have the option of rescheduling or a refund.

 

From 1st September 2023 I will be introducing a 24hr cancellation Fee for cancelled lessons. As lessons and training grow I have unfortunately had to make the decision to implement the cancellation fee which I have been trying to put off for my present and future clients but sadly the times we live in don’t allow for this.
